What a verification label means

Owner identity and vehicle registration are separate checks. Read the status shown on the specific listing. A completed identity check does not establish insurance coverage, vehicle condition, commercial permits or availability.

Ask the owner to confirm that the documents, permissions and insurance required for your intended trip are current.

Before you agree to a rental

• Confirm the exact vehicle, seats, pickup location, dates and whether a driver is included.
• Ask for the full price, including kilometre limits, fuel, driver allowance, tolls, parking, taxes, deposits and additional charges.
• Agree cancellation, late return, damage, breakdown and refund arrangements directly with the owner.
• Keep a written record of the agreed terms and inspect the vehicle at handover.

Your enquiry, shared deliberately

Provide your name, email and phone, then review the trip before submitting. Your enquiry is saved for the selected owner, who receives the contact and trip details you consent to share. You can enquire without signing in. To check its status later, open My trips and verify the same email with a one-time code. Submitted contact details are not an identity verification.

Calls and WhatsApp conversations happen outside plaanzy and are not automatically logged here.

What plaanzy does not promise

plaanzy does not reserve vehicles, collect traveller payments, provide rental insurance or operate roadside assistance. Listed prices and AI suggestions are starting points for your discussion with the owner. Availability and the final rental agreement must be confirmed directly.
