plaanzy connects people planning a trip with vehicle owners. These platform terms explain that relationship.

plaanzy provides listings, search and enquiry tools. The vehicle owner supplies the rental service. An enquiry is a request for information; it is not a reservation or a confirmation of availability.
Agree the vehicle, dates, driver arrangements, total price, payment, cancellation and handover directly with the owner before proceeding.
Travellers can browse and submit enquiries without a plaanzy enquiry fee. plaanzy does not collect trip payments or hold trip deposits. Any rental payment is arranged directly between the traveller and the owner.
Vehicle owners can purchase listing services according to the capacity, amount and period shown before checkout. Current plans do not renew automatically. Listing payments are separate from a traveller’s rental arrangement. Owner-plan cancellation and refund terms require operator approval before live launch; this draft does not promise a refund outcome.
If payment confirmation is pending, keep the reference and check payment status before paying again. The application verifies captured payment and fulfilment; a browser callback alone does not activate a plan.
Email sign-in lets you save vehicles and view enquiries sent using that email. Use an address you control and keep sign-in codes private. Saving a vehicle does not reserve it or guarantee its listed rate or availability.
Owners are responsible for keeping their listing details, rates, documents and contact information accurate, and for confirming their eligibility to provide the offered service. Do not publish a vehicle you are not authorized to offer.
Use enquiries for real rental requests. Do not submit misleading details, spam, abusive content or someone else’s contact information. Your submitted email, phone and trip details are shared with the selected owner. You can submit an enquiry without an account; viewing its history requires signing in with the same email.
Confirm the driving arrangement, driver availability, charges and licence requirements directly with the owner before proceeding. Sending an enquiry does not confirm these arrangements.
Displayed rates are the owner’s listed price basis, not a complete trip quote. Confirm inclusions and additional charges. Identity or registration checks describe specific checks; they do not guarantee vehicle condition, insurance, commercial permits or fulfilment.
AI helps interpret trip details and find listings. Review its interpretation before contacting an owner. It cannot reserve a vehicle, promise availability or agree terms on an owner’s behalf.
