Your contact details help the owner you choose respond to your trip enquiry. You can explore listings and the AI trip finder before sharing them.
plaanzy is operated by Stakrid Logistics Private Limited. Contact contact@stakrid.com about this notice or a privacy request. This draft describes the current application; final provider, retention and legal details require operator review before launch.
Traveller enquiries require your name, email and a verified phone number and can include the selected vehicle, trip details and message. Phone verification confirms access to that number; it does not verify your identity or the submitted email address. Sending an enquiry does not automatically create an account. The selected owner receives your enquiry so they can respond. Review the consent notice and details before sending.
Account identifiers, session credentials and security records help authenticate access and prevent abuse. Owner accounts also provide listing and business information, and may submit verification and listing-payment information.
You can sign in with an email code to save vehicles and see enquiries submitted with that email address. Verification confirms access to the mailbox; it does not verify a phone number or confirm a rental. Current enquiry history is available for 180 days after submission. That history-expiry rule is not a promise that all records or backups are physically deleted after 180 days. Saved vehicles remain in your account until you remove them; a listing may become unavailable.
Owners use phone verification to sign in. Travellers verify their contact number before sending an enquiry. When you start phone verification, MSG91 receives your number to deliver and verify the code. Its widget and service providers also process technical information for verification and CAPTCHA checks.
If you choose to save your contact details in a traveller account, we remember that the saved number was verified so you can reuse it in later enquiries. You can review and change the number in each enquiry; a different number must be verified. Never share your OTP with a vehicle owner or support agent.
Owners can keep driver names, phone numbers, licence details, languages, experience and internal notes in their CRM. Owners should have permission to provide these details and keep them accurate. Licence records and internal notes are available to the owner and are not published in vehicle listings.
When an owner assigns a driver to a confirmed trip arrangement, the traveller can see the driver’s name, phone, languages and experience in their private enquiry view. Access requires signing in with the enquiry’s email address. Driver details are supplied by the owner; recording them does not mean plaanzy has verified the driver’s licence.
The latest trip prompt and current search criteria are sent to the configured AI provider to interpret your request. The assistant searches listing data; it does not need your phone, identity document, payment details or full name. Avoid including those in your prompt.
Conversation content stays in application memory while you navigate the site and can be cleared by a reload or closing the page. This does not describe the provider’s own processing or retention. The assistant does not submit an enquiry automatically.
We use service providers for hosting and storage, enquiry receipt emails, traveller and owner authentication, AI, verification and owner listing payments. Information needed for those functions is processed by the applicable provider.
If you contact an owner by phone or WhatsApp, that conversation takes place outside plaanzy. plaanzy does not automatically record or retain those conversations. Review any third-party service’s privacy terms before using it.
Owner and traveller sign-ins use separate essential HttpOnly cookies, which page scripts cannot read. The default session period is 10 days, or up to 30 days when Remember this device is selected. Owner access cookies last up to 15 minutes and can be renewed within the original session period. Sign out after using a shared device.
Pending owner-payment references and confirmation proof can remain in account-scoped session storage for a retry. Enquiry details and short-lived phone verification proofs remain in the open page while you submit or retry. To view enquiries later in My trips, verify the email you provided using a one-time code. An enquiry reference does not grant access to your contact or trip details.
The frontend currently includes no advertising or analytics tracking script. Starting phone verification or owner checkout loads the relevant provider’s widget; provider storage and retention details need separate review.
Keep the contact and trip details you provide accurate. Owners can edit their business details, review sign-in sessions and download account details in Profile & account; this download does not include CRM or payment records. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, contact plaanzy. Include your enquiry reference or account email so we can identify the relevant records, but do not email passwords, OTPs, payment credentials or identity documents in an initial request.
Data deletion requests are reviewed by our team. Some records may need to be retained for security, disputes, payment reconciliation or applicable requirements. A request may require verification before it can be processed. The team will explain the outcome, including any records that need to be retained.
